toners are remanufactured using the highest quality toner for
maximum page yield and quality. Each toner is individually checked
prior to remanufacture for any defects and individually tested
after remanufacture for print quality. Except in toners where
the drum and toner units are seperate, each toner cartridge
has the following items replaced : |

| DRUM
- Receives an electrostatic image from the laser on the surface
where toner is electrically attracted and later transferred
to the paper. |

|
|
|
|
| WIPER
BLADE - Cleans excess toner off the DRUM. |

|
|
|
|
| PCR
- Resets the electrical charge of the DRUM and prepares it for
a new cycle. |

|

|
|
|
| MAG
ROLLER - Attracts a layer of toner to be transferred to
the DRUM |
|
 |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| DOCTOR
BLADE - Cleans excess toner from the Mag Roller |

|
 |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
 |
|
| TONER
- Carbon based material that creates the image on the paper. |
